A record number of horses were left standing after the second forfeiture led to yet another reshuffle of Grand National weights. 


The forfeit saw another disgruntled trainer remove his top weight runner from the 2008 Grand National weights table as Celestial Gold was withdrawn from the race. 


Celestial Gold’s withdrawal means that top weight is now shared between Hedgehunter and Hi Cloy, both of whom will carry a hefty 11st 12lbs if they participate in the 2008 Grand National.
